    Cannot even log onto the WordPress page — occurred when updating latest version… UPDATE AVAILABLE…
    Need immediate fix.

    Via FTP or from your host’s control panel, delete wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar. It will not delete your events but will disable the plugin so you can use your site.

    I’d then try downloading and installing a fresh copy of the plugin.
