• I can’t preview a post until I published it. This can’t be correct behavior in this latest WordPress, is it? If I can no longer preview a post before publishing (as it should be), who do I complain to to fix this latest ‘feature’?

  • I’m having the same problem with the latest version. Super annoying! No solutions for you, though. Just thought I’d let you know that you weren’t alone.

Edit: I think I figured it out
I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with cookies. I logged out, logged back in at https://www.mydomain.com, and changed the address to https://www.mydomain/whatever&preview=true
however, if I try mydomain.com WITHOUT the www, it doesn’t work ??

AWWWW ?? This didn’t work for me. Upgrading to 2.7 hasn’t fix it either.

Hi. I just got my wordpress.

I’m having this problem when I changed my default permalinks.
When I revert back to default, I can preview the post normally.
    I’m using the latest 2.7.1

    I hope someone can help

I have the same issue as lanz on 2.7.1.

How I should address this problem? Please help.

Hey, I got it resolved. Need to make sure htaccess file properly setup after changing the permalinks. This can be done by setting 777 permission to my root folder. After the permalinks has been changed and htaccess created, I changed back the permission to default.

I can preview my post and new permalinks. Hope it helps
