admin option add to cart and checkout with email sent

Hi,
i was searching the forum but couldn’t find the answer for my problem.
Basically i would like to use caldera forms for regquest to quote or add form with entries from a customer to cart(where i would like an email to be sent by default). Then i would like the admin to be able to upload a pdf to cart with a price suggestion. Then when the customer confirms the price and proceeds to checkout, where customer can download the document-or gets a download link, with payment instructions.
How can i make the submit button to the form to cart?
How do i make it possible for the admin to upload to cart?
How do you make it possible for the admin do insert the link on checkout?
I really strugle with this and would appriciate your help, guys.Thanks.
