Nothing seems to work!

  • I just downloaded your plugin. I can’t get it to work. Fb nor Twitter show the correct image (it should be the first image of the post). I’ve tried a lot of combinations but no luck.

    I used scraping … no luck.

    FB always shows the default image and even though I resized it compliant the suggestions, no luck. Scraping shows the correct size but it still is the default image.

    Twitter shows the second image.
    I need to show the first image in the Twitter and Fb post.

    I work in Chrome but that shouldn’t be the problem.

    What is going wrong??

  • I have the same issue. I see the correct tags in the source code but Facebook just shows the default image even if I use the Debugger. Here’s the post: https://solosouls.net/missing-someone/

    Please disregard the above. It turns out that this was affected by an unintended behavior from another plugin (a so called Welcome Gate functionality). Changing the setting in that plugin resolved my issue.

    Please share with us the link of your website post where you are getting this problem.
    We cannot debug the problem without seeing the actual HTML code.
