Quiz starts half way through?

I’ve published a number of quizzes and on occasion when launching, the quiz starts several questions in i.e. question 4 rather than question 1.

I’ve upgraded to the latest version of the LearnPress plugin and have tried to remove then re-enter the quiz data. This has made no change.

Is there a fix for this to ensure that the quiz always starts from the beginning?
