JWP7 not show loading icon in ios (chrome , safari)

I saw that page and I can’t see even the play button, in the middle of the player, before the video starts.
The code seems to be ok so, let me do some search and ask to the official support, I will give you an answer asap.

I was able to reproduce the behavior your customer was seeing but once I removed the vastAD.js plugin from the player configuration, the player started behavior appropriately for me. I would recommend advising your customer to remove that plugin.

You can see the customer’s setup with the plugin commented out of the JavaScript on this test page.

Now it is working for me using an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.2.1.

Not working on iPad 2, running iOS 7.1

My problem is not the play icon, my problem is : When i click on play icon in ios (any version) not show the loadin icon.
I see this problem in ios v10 , ios v8* and another user in another ios report this problem. So when users click on play icon, don’t know the movie is played or not.

If a bug will be found in my plugin, I will fix it but, at the moment, there is nothing that I can do.

Hi @mahdial. In the plugin setting page, there is a specific area dedicated to the related videos, where you can change the title and the thumbnails dimensions.
