    Actually, you sent us an email on 12/28 then on 12/29 asked for a refund:

    We can’t talk about the paid version on this forums, however, since you’ve posted an unfair review I would like to explain other users what happened.

    No, we don’t offer refunds if you find a better solution, however.. you didn’t give us time to reply, as we’ve stated on our website we had some delays over the holidays.

    You assume on this forum that you have a French version of your plugin. I found a better solution since your plugin is not in French as mention on this forum. It’s not an unfair review. You offer a 100% refund policy for 30 days. You should remove this from your website if you don’t really offer a 100% policy.

    I send 2 emails to get support to put the plugins in French and nobody reply in a week so since I didn’t have support I ask for a refund and nobody reply.

    I post it here since nobody reply to my emails.

    Languages are offered by the community. We only guarantee English version.
