No Rublon settings showing up

I have installed the free version on multiple websites without any problems. But on te last website i have installed Rublon something weird is happening. After activating the plugin there are no settings tabs showing up. The Rublon icon is showing in the left menu bar in WordPress but the tab settings is not there. When I login at WordPress Rublon is not working. What can be wrong here? Thanks!
