    What’s the URL?

None of the mentioned JS files are from the store locator. Did you upgrade anything else?

    Hi Tijmen

    The website is: https://gondolierpizza.com/restaurants/locations/

It looks like the store locator is modified, and ships with the theme, so you have contact the author of the theme. It’s a premium theme I assume?

The original JS file used is called wpsl-gmap.js, and that file isn’t loaded, only other JS files. So it looks like someone modified it, in which case I can provide zero support for it, you really have to contact the theme author for this issue.

Or do happen to have activated two store locator plugins, and this breaks it?

    Hi Tijmen

The website is using WordPress 4.7 running nRage theme, but I haven’t modified anything on the theme, everything was working fine then all of a sudden it stopped working. How can I reach the nRage theme support?

Does the nRage theme come with a store Locator option, is there a way to disable it and use only WP Store Locator Plugin?

No I don’t have any other store locator plugins, only the WP Store Locator plugin.

    Hi Tijmen

If I do a full backup restore, do you think everything will work fine?

I have a full successful backup when everything was working good

Have you tried searching on google for the official nRage website? I don’t know them, or work for them. I just noticed the code the store locator uses is modified, which is fine, but I can’t support modified code.

If you didn’t modify it, then they must have done so. The file names that trigger the error are not originally used in the plugin, so someone changed it.

If you have a backup from when it worked fine, then that should fix it. But I would still look for support on your theme, especially if you paid for it.

    Hi Tijmen

Do you have any other ideas on how to fix this issue?

Not sure why you can’t contact the author of the theme, or restore a backup?

Only other alternative is to use another theme, and use the original WP Store Locator plugin instead of the modified one.

I have not been able to contact the author of the theme but I think we are going to restore the backup as we have a couple of successful backups of when everything was working fine.

Also due to customer privacy, can you please remove the website of the client that i mentioned in the previous post?

Thank you for all your help, I really appreciate it
