Not showing albums

  • I just noticed that when I create new public albums the “upload photo” button is not showing up. I compared an album that is working to the new one and I don’t see anything different.

    I also noticed that WPPA is no long automatically creating new member albums. The setting is still set to create them. Is there a limit of how many albums it will create?

    1. Does the album cover of the new public album show up? If not, untick Table II-E7 Skip empty albums.
    If you display the content of the album (sub-albums and/or thumbnails) Tick Table II-D18 Show empty thumbnail area

    2. To prevent the excessive creation of albums (there may be more than one grant parent) for users taht do notb need them, they will only be created if they are really used for upload.
    Place an wppa upload widget on the page whre the member albums show up (or anywhere else) and the album will show up at least at the second pageload.
