Confirmation popup not visible

    Dear, I’m fighting with a problem that is preventing my users to submit a reply to a ticket. When a user fill out all fields and click “submit answer” nothing happens. The problem is related to the confirmation pop-up that is shown out of the screen (not in a visible area) preventing the user to complete the reply submission.
    This happens both the mobile and desktop version with Safari and Chrome as well. I’m posting a screenshot to help you to understand the problem.

    Thank you for sharing screen-shot. This is CSS conflict with your theme. In order to fix this using Custom CSS, we’ll need to check this with your theme.
    Is your theme is available free? If yes, please share URL to download the theme. If no, please share your theme zip to [email protected] and let us know by creating ticket on our site https://www.wpsupportplus.com/support/ so that some available agent will help you as soon as possible.

    Hi there,
    The theme is not free. I’ve just sent you the ZIP file to the email you provided. This is my 2nd ticket…have I to open another one?

    Thank you. Ticket needed to be created on our site not on www.remarpro.com. I have created it for you now you don’t need to create ticket. One of our agent will check the issue and get back to you as soon as he can.

    Thank you for sharing link of your theme. We have fixed the issue with custom CSS. In order to fix this on your end, please go to Support Plus > Settings > Custom CSS and insert below code:

    .wpsp-dialog{ z-index: 10000 !important; }
.wpsp-dialog .ui-button-text{ margin-top: -4px !important; }
#tblFontEndTickets td { text-align:left !important; }
