Facebook and other icons not working iphone

Can you show us what you see on iPhone? I see the header image covering the page and not showing the social icons.

This is regarding the header image and the way the theme has implemented it. When people have modified the header in way that reveals the header image, like moving the navigation menu, there’s a common theme of problems; the header image is bleeding. It’s showing more in height than it needs to. It’s a head scratching problem.

but with the PC the fp and other social media icons on the front page do work! It’s just on the front page of the iphone portrait view that they do not …

as I have said before – isn’t it odd that the social media links work on the PC view but not the iphone view?

Are you changing your website at the moment? The last time I checked there was an issue with the header image on mobile. The image was laid on top of the social icons – not visibly but semantically and it was causing the issue. When I check now I don’t see a header image.

I thought I would try going back to twenty sixteen child to see if I could get the social media icons working again on front page iphone!

Would you like me to go back to the twentyu seventeen version?

I had added the social media links to header.php by hand. I have now created a second menu for them, a social-links-menu and now they work with the iphone !
