Blocked IP’s not displayed

  • Hello,

    I am having an issue with blocked IPs and locked out IPs not displaying on the Blocked IPs page. The wheel keeps spinning, but the IPs do not display. I would like to permanently block them, but cannot do this until I could select.

    I would appreciate someone more expert on the plugin and code to send some help my way.

    Please check “JavaScript Console” while being on this “Blocked IPs” page and let me know if you can see any error there.

    Also, try to disable your other plugins -temporarily- and re-check this issue.

    Thank you much for the response wfalaa. I tried both things you suggested. According to the JavaScript Console I am getting repeated 403 forbidden errors. Does that give you any insight into the problem?

    Please share a screenshot showing these errors to check.

    Yes, of course this is the main reason for this issue, it seems that you are using a plugin or custom code in “.htaccess” file that block access to “wp-admin” directory, which includes “admin-ajax.php” file which is crucial for many plugins/themes to work, that’s what I got when I tried to access the file directory on your website “Denied by htaccess Policy”, feel free to contact your web hosting provider in case you don’t know much about these modifications.
