• Hi,

I moved my website from a shared hosting to VPS yesterday and everything was fine and I was even working on the backend but now the site no longer loads on my chrome, mozilla or ie.

I have cleared cache, forced restarted my browsers, restarted the system and it’s not working.

Funny enough, it is coming up on my wife’s phone and other friend’s pc but not on mine.

I will really appreciate it if I can get some help on this.

    Thank you

Here it’s working. Tested from SE Europe. https://i.imgur.com/undefined.png

Are you sure it’s not working now? Try from the same IP and check if yours it’s not banned.

It just came back up @ arcilli

Thanks. Seems like it just fixed itself

I take that back. It is not totally fixed. It has started acting up again

    Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am guessing this is a host issue

    Hi onassis.hahn,

I can report that your site is loading for me on Saturday, 24-Dec-2016 at 09:58 on the East Coast of the US.

And I agree that it sounds like your issue may indeed be hosting related.

    Thanks @liamdempsey

The thing is, I can access my cpanel without any issues

    It keeps coming and going

Accessible for me in Madrid. You could open an account with Uptime Robot and see if it drops for a neutral IP address.

@pidengmor, I have registered on uptime and added a monitor. What next?

I just reinstalled wordpress and the same issue is persistent

Wait for any notification of downtime, and check your error logs. If nothing showing, contact the host to see if your IP is being blcoked by a server-level firewall.

    Hi onassis.hahn,

In my experience with some web hosts, I have been able to access cPanel and still not have the site available. It will depend on the configuration of the web host. I think it’s worth reaching out to them.
