Permalinks not working

Hi,

I am trying to access “Permalinks” under “Settings”. However, when I click on it it gives me the following error message:

“The sharan.gemsofnature.co.uk page isn’t working

sharan.gemsofnature.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request.
500”

This is strange because the rest of the website is working just fine. Internet connection is also working just fine.

Please help.
