They say that their site uses this “technology”, however I’ve been successful at copying multiple whole site pages (now in trash as it was only a test). They posted directly to dev server (local host) without any problems and displayed just fine.

I suppose if I really wanted to acid test this, I could put it on a real site, up on the internet, and test it’s functionality. but that would be in violation of their copyright for their content and their images.

For me, I have successfully proved that this “technology” is not worthy of taking up space on my server and am going to pass on this plugin.

I’ll stick to more traditional (ie: tested and proven) methodologies that really work.

Sorry, but the only thing that you have successfully proved, is that you did not comprehend what you read.

Secure Image is an image encryption solution that protects images from being downloaded/scraped from web pages.

It does NOT protect the web page from copy at all.

If you want to protect web pages try the ArtistScope Site Protection System (ASPS) found at artistscope.com/asps_web_site_protection.asp

PS: The only tested and proven technologies that exist have been provided by ArtistScope since 1998.
