After updating to version 1.5.3 when trying to save or do another function in the admin area, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mime_content_type() in /home/user/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailgun/includes/wp-mail.php on line 249

I checked line 249 and this is it:

$content_type = mime_content_type($tmppath);

Hey there @mr-beta – what version of PHP are you running? mime_content_type should be compatible with PHP 4.3+..

Just wanted to post that I am also seeing this problem. PHP 5.5.38

It seems to be generating that error message on all the sites I’m running on this server, but only one (so far) gives me the white screen problem when trying to update a user’s password.

And I can confirm that downgrading to version 1.5.2 does not cause this issue.

@marcelbrown Can you test out this release? I believe I’ve got the solution but I can’t replicate the issue on my side.

Im running PHP version 5.6.28

I also found the issue when trying to update a users password.

I can confirm the updated version no longer throws the error and it appears editing users works correctly now.

My new mailgun plugin only send out plain text with html code, All my email appear like this..anyone experience this issue?

@wayne_min What versions of the Mailgun plugin, PHP, and WordPress are you using? Also – make sure your HTML emails include either a leading <!DOCTYPE html> tag or a leading <html> tag
