SNAP – Posting to the wrong FaceBook Group

I’m attempting to Post to a Facebook Group from WordPress.
I have configured it to post to: https://www.facebook.com/groups/CrossingsNeighborhood/
However, for some reason it posts to:
https://www.facebook.com/CrossingsNeighborhood/
Can this not post to a group? Or am I doing something wrong?
My group that I want it to be is:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/CrossingsNeighborhood/Maybe it is strange in the name of the group is the same name as someone else’s page?
