i checked your code there is a file home-blog.php in which there is code which is showing commnet and date.
i think i need to comment that.

Please go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Theme General Options -> Custom CSS

insert code into Custom CSS box and save –

.blog-date-left {
    display: none !important;
}
