Checkout Form issue

  • Hi,
    I’m using woocommerce on this site https://cheirodepapel.com/ and it is working perfectly fine except for one thing: when the user fills in their address in the checkout form the numbers are deleted from the order in the backend and also from the email confirmation resulting in the submission of an incorrect address which have resulted in products beign returned because of a wrong shipping address.
    For example the user fills in “Street name, 1234” in the address field and the data is stored/saved as “Street name” only somehow deleting it’s numbers “1234”. I tested this a few times and found out about this after getting products returned because of a wrong address.
    Can you please assist me fixing this issue?
    I searched everywhere and couldnt find a solution or people with a similar problem to find a solution. Thank and best regards.

    Only thing that stood out in your status report that would affect those fields are:

    • template overrides from your theme;
    • Wordfence that’s caching forms / entries and sending the wrong data through on submission

    Have you tried deactivating that switching to a different theme?

    I deactivated wordfence and it worked! Thanks!!!!

    Now I need to find another security plugin or contact them about this issue…
