End-user profile/groups wizard | cover upload option appears two times

If you look on the screenshot the upload step for the cover appears twice..

Please view the screenshot below:

Same issue appears also in the user profile where you have two upload options:

The cover upload links addresses are also different:
https://example-domain.com/members/enduser-name/profile/change-cover/
https://example-domain.com/members/enduser-name/profile/change-cover-image/

Please kindly advise.
