Qtranslate plugin conflict with medium plugin

Hi

We are using Meduim plugin in our website.

For language translation we are using qtranslate plugin

But there is an issue when post is auto publish on Medium it will display this code which uses by qtranslate.

But it will auto post that language code with post title.

Please check if Is there is any solution for this then let us know asap
