Product Short Description not displaying in back-end

  • All plug-ins are up-to-date…

    Hi,
    I’m unable to make any text changes to all products on my WordPress (Woocommerce) site.

    When I edit a product, the existing Product Short Description text will briefly display and then disappear. It won’t let me click the Text tab instead of Visual to try and see the source-code. So I’m unable to make any changes!

    Any ideas?

    Sounds like javascript errors in the WP admin area. Are you getting the same for posts / pages? Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?

    Finally got the chance to give this a go. I disabled plugins one by one and have discovered it’s Wootabs so will install the latest version and hope this fixes things.

    A related question: obviously it normally will say in the back-end of WP when there’s an update available but it doesn’t in this case. Why is this? And how am I supposed to know when there’s an update available in Codecanyon?
