I was curious if there is any way to post to the font-end. I want to avoid people requesting the same thing, and although typically tickets are private, my need is beneficial for all users to see tickets. I was hoping I could do something showing current open tickets and recently closed tickets on a page. Any suggestions?

Hi and thank you for using our plugin!

Yes; a short code could be created to do this for users that want to use the ticket plugin in this fashion although historically you are correct listing tickets and lists are not usually allowed on public pages!

There may also be some security aspects we need to consider!

However; in an intranet or office private network we can also see how this may be a useful addition.

we would also have to add the facility to remove the deletion buttons in admin as you would not necessarily want users or visitors deleting tickets, a little more thought is required.

Thank you for your input and we will endeavour to do this on the next upgrade.
    Regards Paul

I would really like to see this feature for use at our intranet site.

Thumbs up for the nice work so far

    Displaying Tickets on front end?

Since the version 1.6.5 now this is possible! Simply use [GBL_SMTCKS_LIST] to display the Ticket List on the front end. do [GBL_SMTCKS_LIST type=clear] to use our css formatting to it. Bare in mind you can only list tickets on the front end but users cannot go into a ticket and/or modify them; this can only be done through the administrator panel.

if you would like a modification feature please update this ticket.
