Automatically add image description????

Is it possible to automatically add a image “Description” to all the images on the post? instead of going to the image options and add one by one? the thing is that i want a text to show up on the site after someone clicks on a thumbnail picture ( https://dailymobile.se/2008/09/12/pictures-sony-ericsson-r306-white/sonyericsson-r306-04/ )
