Hello,
To help work out what the problem, could you answer the questions below?
* Could you describe the steps you’re taking, and the behaviour you’re seeing?
* What browser and version are you using?
* What operating system and version are you using?
* What version of WordPress are you using?
* Do you get the same problem with other browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome?
* Can you successfully upload images using the normal image uploader?
* Could you provide a minimal example document that you’re experiencing the issue with?
* If you open up the developer tools (F12 in most browsers), could you provide a copy of the network log?
* If you open up the developer tools and open the Console tab, then try importing a document, do you see any errors?Could you describe the steps you’re taking, and the behaviour you’re seeing?
* What browser and version are you using? Google, Mozilla – But no use.
* What operating system and version are you using? Windows 8.1
* What version of WordPress are you using? 4.7 Version
* Do you get the same problem with other browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome? Yes
* Can you successfully upload images using the normal image uploader? Yes

TypeError: q.html is not a function[Learn More]Thanks for the details. I think you left off an answer to the first question (Could you describe the steps you’re taking, and the behaviour you’re seeing?), which would really be quite helpful in diagnosing the problem. For instance, is the import process working at all? Do you see the preview? Does the text import, but not the images?
From the output from the console tab, it looks like there’s an error from load-styles.php: could you confirm that’s the case? It’s a bit hard to tell with all of the errors on one line. If so, then I’m not sure the problem is in Mammoth: the error “TypeError: q.html is not a function” might be from another plugin or theme. If you try the import without any other plugins and the default theme, do you still get the issue?
What browser and version are you using? – Recent versions (up to date)
is the import process working at all? yes, working
Do you see the preview? Yes, I can see preview with images but images are not getting uploaded to text area
If you try the import without any other plugins and the default theme, do you still get the issue? Without any plugin also the same issue is going on. I guess the problem started after recent wordpress update which I am not sure.

Thanks
Just to clarify: is the text of the document appearing, just without any images? After attempting the import, are the images present in the media library?
Also to clarify: when you sent me those screenshots of the network log, were those taken after attempting the import?
After you’ve attempted the import, does anything appear in the “Messages” tab inside the “Mammoth .docx converter” box?
If you’re willing to send me a username and password ([email protected]), then I might have time to log in and take a look.

– yes
After you’ve attempted the import, does anything appear in the “Messages” tab inside the “Mammoth .docx converter” box? – I dont find any messages.
I will have a username n password along with docx article sent to your email. So that u can see it from ur end.
I think I’ve found the issue: for some reason, your server was sending redirects instead of allowing the image upload. I’ve made a change to the plugin that should account for the way your server behaves, and will make the corresponding change in future releases. Could you let me know whether it’s working as expected?
Thank god. Now it is working.
I have many other blogs where our plugin installed and I am facing the same issue.
Can u please tell me what I need to do or can I send me updated plugin so that I can use it in other blogs ?
I’ve just released 1.4.0, which includes the fix.
