Want to connect “Join my Newsletter” (Mailchimp for WP) to Automation in MailCmp

    Hi! I’ve got the Mailchimp for WP all set up in the footer of my website (www.drsharoncohen.com) and now want to connect it to Automation in Mailchimp so I can start a “welcome series” that includes the first email with a link to my free e-book “Turning Mr. Wrong into Mr. Right: The Path To Being With The Right Guy This Time” – but I can’t seem to figure out how to connect the two. In fact, I’m not sure where the emails are going currently. All my current emails area already connected with mailchimp so I don’t know how to check. Would it be best if I unsubscribed on of my emails from mailchimp to see if it’s working?

    But really my main question is about the AUTOMATION. How do I connect the Automation to the Mailchimp for WP? THANKS!!!

    Hello @drsharon,

    Please note that “Automation” is a MailChimp feature that you can access from your MailChimp.com account. I believe it’s only for paid users of MailChimp.com. With our plugin, you can add users to a MailChimp.com list but after that for sending newsletters or creating Automation, you will have to do it from your MailChimp.com account. For any questions related to them, you will need to contact their support.
