Display Conditions – Mobile & Desktop

Hello,
On last update, you added option to disable popup on mobile to comply with Google’s new interstital policy. But, u didn’t add condition to disable popup also on desktop. I want to do do popup on mobile with like button, that uses a reasonable amount of screen space, and i think that’s ok with google rules, from what I read in that article? And on destkop normal popup. If it is possible at the next update?
