Where do I download this plugin. I purchased it but had to reinstall my site.

UPDATE: I’ve installed wp-rss-feed-to-post-3.7.2.
Now it won’t let me activate it because it’s already activated!? I can’t deactivate it because when I go to the link provided I get a blank screen (and I’m signed in):

What a royal pain the ASS!!!
