Problem on sharing Twitter “PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet.”

Hi
Please I need your help, due i’m receiving the following warning “PHP Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=xxxx in /home2/xxxx/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1877”.
This warning happens since i moved my site from a new web host server, since then every time that a post is shared on Twitter, i get this warning, this didn’t happend on sharing post in Facebook, only on twitter.
I already asked for my host administrator change the value of “max_allowed_packet”, but the problem keep continue.
