Forms does not allow selection of Country or State.

    Hello,
    I have the paid version of this plugin, and for some reason it will not allow drop-down for the state or country. Unfortunately, I cannot share the URL at this time.

    I have it on twenty-fifteen, and the console did not report anything in regards to it misbehaving- no errors or warnings. When I try to select a state or country, a black bold line appears below the box as if something was dropping down.

    What can I do as of now to troubleshoot this situation?

    We are sorry for the trouble. We have made tests on theme twenty fifteen and pro version of Forms. Here is the results:

    The STATE drop down indeed doesn’t work, but it doesn’t work because the Country is not choosen, once I choose the Country the State starts working.

    Please try yourself maybe you can deal with it? Because if the country is not selected the program doesn’t know what list of States to open.

    If you have also problem with Country drop down, then please contact us by [email protected] as you are a pro version user and the issue is not general.

    Hello,
    I had tried it both ways, but it continues to be an issue.

    The blue line under the dropboxes indicate where a black line generates when I click on one to drop.

    The Twentyfifteen theme (my apologies) is version 1.5.

    I’ll shoot you an email to follow up on this. I’ll also post the resolution once it’s been fixed, so that others with this problem can identify to troubleshoot.
