    Hi
Following a recent update by WP, requiring us to update our coding within various tabs of [ page_title ] to become <div [ page_title ]>, since then the tabs are no longer working. If we remove the div setion again, it works perfectly, but that would mean removing the page_title and various other short codes we use within the tabs. ??

Any ideas how we can fix or resolve this quickly and easily. ??

Which plugin is the [page_title] shortcode part of?

I don’t understand why you need to use <div [ page_title ]>, that seems like invalid usage and I don’t follow how it relates to tabby responsive tabs.

Please link to the page in question and post full details of the shortcodes being used

    Hi

Not sure if I’m going to do this correctly or not. but will try. Currently we are using tabby responsive tabs, however WP have done an upgrade meaning anywhere we have the [ page_title ] shortcode or similar, (currently within our tabby tabs code/display), we now have to use <div [ page_title ] >. But when we change it inside the tabby responsive tabs, its breaking the code and therefore not displaying correctly.
    Old Code Tabs work perfectly, but [ page_title ] does’t –
    [tabby title=”Description”][thumbnail size=thumbnail align=right]
    [page_title]
[tabby title=”Condition”][thumbnail size=thumbnail align=right]A used, but great condition book complete with original.<p></p>

New Code: [ page_title ] works but tabby doesnt. ??
    [tabby title=”Description”][thumbnail size=thumbnail align=right]
    <div [page_title]>
[tabby title=”Condition”][thumbnail size=thumbnail align=right]A used, but great condition book complete with original<p></p>

The site is currently under construction so rather not open it up, but happy to provide access details if you have way to receive messages.

The [page_title] shortcode is not part of tabby responsive tabs or of WordPress. Which plugin is providing this shortocode? or is it part of your theme?

Do the tabs work correctly if you remove the [page_title] shortocdes?

If you are including an opening div tag within a tab without a corresponding closing div tag within the same tab, that will definity screw things up.

Also putting the shortcode directly inside an opening div tag as you have indicated looks really weird to me – and without knowledge of which plugin (or theme) provides/uses that shortcode and its the correct usage, I am unable to suggest any specific fix, however your usage of the [page_title] looks like an obvious candidate for the first thing to investigate to find the cause of the issue.
