After 4.7 update, the plugin makes the text/editor tab inactive

  • After I updated my wordpress to 4.7, the Visual/Text tab at the top right cornet of the editor, has become inactive, and by that I mean it can not be clicked.

    After the usual activation/deactivation of my plugins, the issue persists if the MSCF plugin is activated and resolves if the MSCF plugin is deactivated.
