Table Rate doesn’t appear in shipping methods

Hi,
when I select “add a shipping method” in a specific shipping zone, Table Rate doesn’t appear…
can anyone help me?
I still haven’t updated wordpress, but the problem has appeared quite at the installation, when wordpress was updated and didn’t gave any other problem.
