• All of the sudden tabs stopped working on the product page. They are only clickable and working fine when logged into wordpress. Any suggestions?

    please share link to website so volunteers on the forum can better understand your issue of tabs not working.

    You will see how all tabs are not clickable information just stacked. When logged in to WP it works fine.

    By tabs I mean 3 tabs under the product.

    In working version they are clickable and each display information about the product

    I tried disabling it, but it still does the same. What error message do you see?

    Ok I think it’s a bigger problem now.

    If I make any change on the web site It will only be able to see it if logged in to WP. Otherwise it will not show it’s will be displaying whatever was before the change.. I have no idea what’s going on.

    are you seeing any errors in your console area? (i.e. when you use developer tools like inspect element or firebug)

    what other plugins do you have installed/activated? try deactivating all and reactivating one by one.

    do you have any cache or minify plugin active on the site at the moment?
    it should be the issue for the tabs and updating of the content to not works

    ps.The solution for deactivting all plugins and activating one by one is good suggestion
    PS2. Did you see that the plugin you use is still in beta version and authors said any bug to be reported to them so they will try to fix it.

    Ww don’t have any cache plugin at all.

    Ok so we found what was the problem.
    It turns out issue was with hosting provider they had to recreate .htaccess file in our root directory. After that everything is fine.
