Customizer does not recognize widgets area

  • After upgrading to version 4.7 the customizer stopped recognizing a sidebar area.

    The widgets in the area appear normally there is no live preview of the customizer, however I can not edit the customizers because an undetected area.

    I am using the multisite and the problem is happening in 2 network sites which could have been the theme but when the theme is that the sites that are working correctly the error continues then I believe it can be something 2 sites in particular.

    Can someone help?

    Delete any and all caches (from caching plugins or at a higher level on the server).

    I just found out that it’s me for not themmes menu and clicking on the live make the theme works everything normal, but I have the theme and I open the customizer does not work.

    I have no cache, no certification environment, I only have one cache cache from a server that I do not know. I’ll call any server to get a question, but I do not have a cache.

    I noticed that in the site that happens the error is not loading some .js files like for example:

    Customize-preview-widgets.min.js

    In fact none of the customize- * are being called.

    Try adding define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false); to your wp-config.php file just below the define('DB_HOST' line.

    To do so, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and edit the file with a plain text editor.

    Even disabling a concatenation by not loading the customize-preview-*.js files ??

    I can not understand why some network sites work normally, with the same theme.

    The underscore.js file also does not load by default, but when I disabled the concatenation it loads, also loads the customize-widget.js files, but does not load the customize-preview – *. Js, it’s very strange.
