    I just installed the plugin. When I attempt to submit a ticket the description field will not allow me to type anything. I deactivated all plugins except Support Plus but it still does not allow me to type any text in the description field, which is required.

    This user was setup totally as a test. I will delete and file a support ticket.

    Ok. So I have submitted 2 support tickets, no reply. When I try to look up the status of the ticket by logging in my email address is not associated with any account. How can I get support for my issue?
