• When you select “add to quote” from the initial product view in my category page, it works, but as soon as you go into the actual product’s page it removes whatever you have selected before and says:
Plasma Unit 1 has been removed from your cart because it can no longer be purchased. Please contact us if you need assistance.

So I can “checkout” when I have selected only one product, or have only added them from the catagory pages, but as soon as I want to add another product or I go into a product page everything else is removed.

    Please advise?

PS: Really looking forward to having this plugin working – thanks for such an awesome app.

    Hi,
Can you tell me what your woo-rfq settings are in the woocommerce->settings->woo-rfq->general
Is it possible to share a link to the site

Thanks – Checkout option is RFQ. No other boxes ticked.

    Site:
    outoftheboxfurniture.com

The products are currently listed under Categories
and the format will be the same as the ones under Tables & Chairs > Plasma Units
(some of the catagories and products are still being updated from a previous format)

Please let me know if there is any other information I can supply?

Ok, so if you go catagories > plasma unit > and select “add to quote” there, it is fine.
Then when you click on the actual photo (or any other one) to open up the product into its own page (so not click on the “add to quote” but on the visual bit) it shows the error.

Do you get the error if you log out of the site and try as an anon visitor?

Hmmm – it used to, but I just repeated that again, and now it does not show the error – which is insane since I have been struggling with this for the past 24 hours *staring at my screen like a crazy person*

    YAY!

If it comes up again I will trace the exact steps and contact you again.
    Thanks for the prompt reply!

Ok. But to confirm do you get / not get the error depending on log-in status?
Do you get it right after loggin in our out. It might be a cookie issue. as in if you added it while a visitor and then if you login you lose your items in the cart.

Also, if you change your settings from normal to rfq after you have added items to the cart. It can happen since items added in normal status show prices and when you switch settings , woocommerce removes them due to no prices.

I had the errors on various accounts, logged in and out, quite some time after I changed it to RFQ status. I did try and change it back to see if it makes any difference.

I will just finish setting up all the products in the same format and make sure the original problem does not pop up anywhere still.

I do now however get a “State is not valid” error when I checkout. Will see if there is any relevant topics of discussion on this.

    Thanks so much.

I have this same issue when I’m logged in (I’ve tried two browsers and both have similar problems when I’m logged in), but I don’t have problems when I’m using the cart as a visitor. It usually gives the error maybe one minute after adding the item to the cart.

    “same issue when I’m logged”
same issue as “State is not valid” or item removed from the cart

    Item removed from the cart.

This could be a cookie problem. In your wordpress general settings, is the site url https or http?.
As a test, you can set the url to https://yoursite.com and in woocommerce->settings->checkout uncheck “Force HTTP when leaving the checkout ” and check ” Force secure checkout” for checkout. See if you still get the problem.
