Theme Header Not Looking How It’s Suppose To

Hello I recently installed a new theme into my website, but for some reason whenever I go to my website the whole header area is messed up, pretty much everything on the menu bar and navigation bar is out of place. I tried deleting some of the stuff in the menu and moving it around using my customize options, but nothing seems to change.
