Customers can’t download music

Usually, the shortcode for the music store is inserted in a different webpage than the download page, because the download information is inserted at the end of the page’s content.

In your store has been enabled the option to make the purchases more secure, in whose case, the plugin adds an input box for entering the email address used to purchase the products before enabling the download link.
