Can I put Notice Bar at bottom of page with free version?

    I see that I can put it at the bottom but the notice bar isn’t appearing on the page at all and I can’t show you the page since I’m building the site on a local host. Why could be the reasons for why the notice bar isn’t appearing at all?

    While we tested with the plugin locally in our side the Notices are found to be appearing in all of the pages by default.

    Although the Pro version of the Notice bar plugin has the feature to disable the notice bar display on certain pages, the free version should by default display the notice through out the website.

    Kindly see by disabling other plugins to check if the issue is being caused by conflict with other plugins.

    Also, if this does not resolve the issue please let us know the theme / WP version that you are currently using the plugin with so that we can further debug the issue.
