No Credit Card Field Internet Explorer

  • Hi There, Have had several complaints from customers that when checking out there is no Credit Card Fields. They’re ALWAYS running IE. Sometimes even IE11. I’m running the latest version of Woo Commerce. I’ve trouble shot this and have had mixed results. It seems to be random. https://www.tooelechamber.com

    Issues like these are usually the result of your theme not being cross-browser compatible (as opposed to being an issue with WooCommerce per se). As a test, are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?
