Finding & removing unused attributes on products after migrating to Woocommerce

Just used a service called Cart2Cart to migrate a site from magento to Woocommerce. Magento like to assign attrubtes to everything though, leaving me with a slow shop of about 2000 products looking like this:
however, products only use a fraction of what is enabled on the product:
My question is, can I remove attributes not used in a variation from a product?
