Error after upgrade

    This is my third upgrade in the last year and still need practice but learning as I go. Could anyone give me thoughts on fixing this errror to upgrade the program? I followed the steps to upgrade and did not overwrite but deleted the files indicated in the steps. Thanks, Hope

    I went to my back up and added /wp-load.php file. Then I was able to go through the upgrade process but the site is not there. Not able to access dashboard.

    Yep, figured it out. I sure hope WordPress doesn’t mind me figuring out my errors while talking to myself on the forum. It always seems to help me find the problem. Cheers all, H~
