Several forms, only one not sending emails

    Hey,

    We’ve been using VFB for several years and one of our forms suddenly stopped working, we use it weekly as a survey. It just doesn’t send the emails, already checked the spam folders, tried changing the emails and consulted with support at media temple. Entries still being stored. Tried updating the plugin too, still it’s the only form that doesn’t work.

    By the way, all forms send to the same email.

    Any ideas?

  • Hello Manuelxx,

    Which version are you using? It is odd that one form would suddenly stop working but the rest still work. Usually it is all or nothing.
