• This plugin would be much better if the developer offered good support to back it up. The support is abysmal and takes days if you are lucky enough to get a response and the gods have shown favor to you. What’s really frustrating is that rarely do the support staff post their solutions to others on their forum. They simply ask for your login information to fix the problem instead of replying on the forum what the solution was. The forum ends up being a horrible resource because the support staff don;t post any solutions!!!!

    Hi JScar,

    I really appreciate those feedback but there are some cases we have to ask the site access info to figure out where exactly the issue came out. But not every case, our supporters still try to share some solutions. Please check again and let me know.
