Adding a MaxBlogPress Popup and Mailing List

    So I’m officially confused on where to start in order to get MaxBlogPress Unblockable Popup 2.0 and a mailing list started.

    Just like many sites that have MaxBlogPress Popup with a chance to input your name and email to receive a newletters or specials.

    I really want to add this to my blog but I have no idea where to start looking?

    Do I need an autoresponder? Where do I get the script? Do I need a script..???

    If someone can guide me where to go I would really appreciate it! Thanks.
