Shortcode doesn’t work

  • Hi there,
    the form is showing on the posts but when I want to use:

    • Sidebar Optin Form widget

      • I get this message
      “Please make sure to connect your form to your email marketing provider and to select a thank you page.” in the background and this message on the site: Optin Cat: Invalid Form ID

    • Text widget and put the shortcode [optin-cat id=143]

      • it shows [optin-cat id=143] o the site.

    What can I do?

    Sorry for the delay in response time. We’d like to get some details and see if we can help. Is this an issue you’ve had since the get go, or something that happened after ours, or another, update? Also, does the issue persist if you revert to a WordPress default theme?
