Setting Starting Quantities to Greater Than Step Value?

Hi there.

My web store allows some of our products to be purchased as quarter or half cases for our wholesale customers. I was pleased to see this plugin enabled me to implement decimal quantities, so I am grateful for this plugin’s creation.

However, my sales reps who order through the site have been giving me feedback, saying it would be a lot more convenient to have the initial quantities be 1.0 instead of 0.25 or 0.5 for those cases which can be bought in quarter or half cases. At present, if a product can be sold in quarter cases for instance, adding it to the cart adds a quarter case. But it’s far more common to buy 1 full case of many of the products we carry, with quarter or half cases being simply an allowed convenience for our customers.

My question is, is there a way to set this initial quantity to 1.0 on items that can be sold as quarter or half cases? If not, please consider this a feature request. ??
