• Anyone help with this?

    Just taken over a site, it uses

    CSS Definitions to add icons to links (:after)

    content: “\46”;
    font-family: ‘ETmodules’

    The value displayed front end comes out as an upper case “F” Should be an up arrow in a circle.

    Checked a few options on various postings, the style.css does not have
    @font-face {
    font-family: etc at the top as some have suggested but there are font folders in the theme that have variations on builder.woff etc files. not sure if that is part of this?

    Can anyone think why this should not be displaying correctly? As far as I know this has not been updated too recently.
    Thx.

    What is the url of your website?

    I would like not to not have to post the URL Mayur.

    I can answer any specific questions though about files or folder locations.

    Do you see any error in Browser console?

    Let me check that on Chrome

    Yes!

    There are some get errors on

    themes/theme-folders/ 500 (Internal Server Error) (the folder path is present)

    mydomain.com/core/admin/fonts/modules.ttf
    and
    mydomain.com/core/admin/fonts/modules.woff

    That is rather interesting.

    I do not seem to have those folders or the files. It is a worry that they seem to have gone missing not just the tTF files but the core/admin/fonts folders as well.

    This issue has now been resolved.
    For some unknown reason the Core folder and its content was removed from the child theme I was using. I copied form the main theme and all seems to be working correctly now.

    No idea why this happened. Do not recollect carrying out any upgrades recently.

    I am experiencing a similar problem. The ETModule font does not display properly in Internet Explorer 11.

    In Chrome and Firefox the down arrow displays fine, but in Internet Explorer, it appears as the number 3. You may view it here.

    Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
